Boys PG gate closes at 11:00 PM. Girls PG gate closes at 10:00 PM. Please inform management for late entry in advance.
Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the PG premises. Violation may result in immediate termination.
Rent is due by the 5th of each month. A late fee applies after the 7th. Security deposit is refundable on proper notice.
Visitors are only allowed in the common/reception area between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM. No overnight guests permitted.
Maintain silence after 10:30 PM. Respect all fellow residents. Any disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Keep your room and shared spaces clean. Common areas like washrooms and kitchen must be left tidy after use.
Cooking in rooms is strictly not allowed for safety reasons. All meals are provided by the PG as per meal plan.
A 1-month notice period is required before vacating. Please inform management well in advance to facilitate refund process.
